At Giftelling, we aim to ensure that every order brings joy, not disappointment. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a clear and fair 30-day return and exchange policy to protect your purchase and satisfaction.
When can you request a return or refund?
We’re happy to support returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrives with printing defects or damage

The product you receive is significantly different from what was shown on our site

You received the wrong design, size, or color compared to your confirmed order
If your case falls under one of these situations, please email us at support@giftelling.com with photos of the product and a brief explanation. We will gladly arrange a refund or replacement based on your preference.
What we don’t cover
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to:

Choosing the wrong size, color, or design

Change of mind after the item has been produced

Minor differences (under 20%) in color or layout due to screen display and lighting during photography
However, we still want to help! If your case doesn’t qualify for a full refund, we may offer a replacement at a reduced price, and you only cover the shipping and small handling fee.
Order cancellations and changes
We understand—mistakes happen. That’s why you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
After that, your order will be processed and sent to production, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation. Please double-check all details carefully before checkout!
Note: Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders or used in combination with other promotions.
Late or missing refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

Contact your credit card provider—it may take several business days for processing

If you’ve done all the above and still don’t see the funds, please get in touch with us at support@giftelling.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received the wrong size, print, or design, or if your product was damaged during shipping, we’re happy to send a replacement free of charge.
To start your exchange, email support@giftelling.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Shipping returns
Unless the error was on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
