📦 Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Depending on the product type, our processing and delivery windows may vary. All orders are made-to-order with care and precision.
For 2D Printed Products (e.g. T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Posters):
Production Time: 3–5 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
For 3D / All-Over Print Items (e.g. Tumblers, Doormats, AOP Apparel):
Production Time: 3–7 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing:
• Tracking link
• Order number
• Shipping details

🌎 Shipping Destinations & Rates
We proudly ship worldwide! While most of our products are produced and shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States, select 3D or specialty products may be dispatched from trusted partners in Vietnam or China, depending on availability and item type.
Standard Shipping Fee: $6.95 (USD)
Shipping rates are clearly shown at checkout prior to payment.
🌍 Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges determined by your country’s regulations. These additional costs are:
• Not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• The sole responsibility of the recipient.
Giftelling does not reimburse or refund duties and taxes.
📌 Address & Delivery Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. Any delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details will not be the responsibility of Giftelling. In such cases, we’re happy to assist with re-delivery options, but additional shipping fees may apply.
