Our products are made to order
Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if you order an item, it will require 3-5 business days of processing/production time and 5-10 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 8-15 business days. * Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
